Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle believed in a Prime Mover. The most influential philosophers of the past were among the strongest believers in First Cause existence. Geniuses like Kant, Hegel, Descartes, Fichte, Leibniz, Rousseau, Kierkegaard, Maritain, Wittgenstein, Weil etc. had absolute certainty in a First Cause existence, deep reverence for it's creative powers, and a total acceptance of it's sovereignty.
